Matthew Brown works closely with Client Services as the Operations and Client Account Administrator for JNBA. He plays an integral role in providing exceptional service to our clients by preparing reports and other materials for client conversations and helping document the processes that JNBA has in place to seamlessly advocate for clients. He also serves as an internal point of contact for all technology initiatives and firm-wide updates. As a member of the Technology Committee, he helps identify modern and efficient software to keep JNBA innovative and forward-thinking to enhance and improve the client experience.

Prior to relocating from Los Angeles and joining the JNBA Team, Matthew was a Daily Operations Manager at a 100-person company in the security industry. Matthew attended Santa Monica College for Business Administration and is currently preparing for his Series 65 exam. Matthew is honored to be a third-generation family member working in the independent, family-owned business.
