As a Client Account Administrator, Kathy’s primary responsibility is coordinating conversations and meetings between clients, their JNBA Advisory Team, and other professionals as appropriate. She partners with Client Account Specialists to prepare and manage client and custodian paperwork, generate reports, and maintain current information shared with the custodian. Kathy’s can-do attitude helps her foster positive and long-term relationships with both clients and team members. Kathy also leads the firm’s Fun Committee and organizes social events for our team, both inside and outside of the office.
“Being an advocate means keeping the client in mind when scheduling meetings in order to find the most convenient time, while also being respectful of my colleagues.”
Kathy is a Certified Professional Secretary with nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining JNBA in 2017, she worked at a Registered Investment Advisory firm in Minneapolis.
