We understand that building meaningful relationships with individuals and families so you can provide tailored advice to their needs, values, and goals is the reason you chose to be a financial advisor. Our multi-generational team is seeking to find fellow advisors that share this passion and have a track record in helping wealth management clients achieve their financial life planning goals. This role is responsible for managing client relationships and developing new relationships that would benefit from an advice driven by advocacy® approach. This team member is expected to collaborate with other advisors and client service team members on relationships and is responsible for formulating and implementing personal wealth management advice. A Certified Financial Planner™ accreditation is required.

Client Account Specialist (CAS), Minneapolis

Do you have a passion for details and drive to exceed others’ expectations in helping others? A Client Account Specialist (CAS) is responsible for ensuring that client account and personal information is accurately maintained both at the firm and with the custodian. Teaming with Advisory Services team members on all client relationships, this team member is an important member of a client’s advisory team as this role fulfills client requests as well as troubleshoots issues and addresses client questions, often directly with the client. Investment Advisor Representative credentials required.

Trading & Investment Research Analyst, Minneapolis

Are you passionate about the markets and enjoy managing the impactful details of implementing clients’ investment strategies?  This Investment Committee team member is accountable for conducting portfolio administration and participating in the firm’s trading and rebalancing process. This position will assist other investment professionals and the JNBA Investment Committee in many aspects of the firm’s investment activities including the investment research function. Investment Advisor Representative credentials required.

Advisor Associate, Minneapolis

Our multi-generational team is seeking to find team members that are passionate about helping wealth management clients achieve their financial life planning goals and must be solution-focused and forward-thinking. This collaborative role is responsible for providing technical and client relationship management support to advisory team members and has frequent direct communication with clients. If you have 3+ years of personal wealth management industry experience and a Certified Financial Planner™ designation or are actively working to obtain this designation, reach out today.
