As an Operations Associate, Matthew plays an integral role in providing exceptional service to the firm’s clients. He serves as a point of contact for all technology initiatives and firm-wide updates. As a member of the Practice Management Team, Matthew helps identify efficient and effective software to enhance the firm’s services and provide a streamlined client experience.

Prior to relocating from Los Angeles to join JNBA, Matthew was a daily operations manager at a mid-size private investigation and security firm. Matthew studied business administration at Santa Monica College.
In his free time, Matthew enjoys traveling and exploring the city with his wife and golden retriever. He is honored to be part of the third generation of family members working for JNBA.
