Acting as an administrative hub, Kathy is responsible for managing various activities that relate to JNBA’s exceptional client service model. She partners with Client Account Specialists to schedule meetings with advisory teams, prepare and manage client and custodian paperwork, generate reports, and maintain information shared with the custodian.

As a Certified Professional Secretary with nearly 20 years experience in the financial advisory field, Kathy’s knowledge, attention to detail, and get-it-done attitude are apparent in her day-to-day activities and help to foster positive and long-term client and team member relationships.

Kathy enjoys spending time with her son, Cole. This includes trips to the cabin which is part of their 100-year-old family farm in Wisconsin. She also enjoys knitting and reading and will always take up a friend who wants to spend some time over a glass of wine.
