As an Engagement Manager, Taylor manages all client, prospective client, and team engagement activities, events, and programs. She works with team members in coordinating new client onboarding activities and processes. She uses her in-depth knowledge of JNBA’s services, service standards, and workflows to help ensure the firm is delivering on its promise to serve as an advocate for all current and prospective clients.
“Being an advocate means being passionate about wanting to help others. It’s asking questions, especially difficult ones, in order to arrive at the best solution while always having the client’s best interests in mind.”
Taylor joined JNBA in 2010. She has a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD). While in college, she worked as an intern for the Special Olympics of Minnesota, where she became familiar with JNBA through the 2010 Polar Plunge.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She and her husband love exploring their NE Minneapolis community. She keeps busy with her daughter, Emma. Experiencing the world through her eyes is one of Taylor’s greatest joys.
