Erika Olsen has a passion for working with people. As a Client Account Specialist, she does just that, working closely with clients on account management details including opening new accounts, processing paperwork, and other essential aspects that maintain the high-quality service level JNBA clients know and love.

JNBA’s client-first mentality is what attracted Erika to the firm in the first place. She feels aligned with JNBA’s core values, including its strong business integrity and emphasis on making the best choices for each individual client.
Prior to JNBA, Erika spent five years in a similar role at Morgan Stanley where she utilized her fluency in the Spanish language. During that time, a majority of her clients were Spanish speaking. Erika has studied the language since her youth, fine-tuning her speaking skills when she spent an extended time learning and living in Guatemala.
Erika graduated from Saint Cloud State University with a degree in Business Management and a minor in International Business. She and her two children live in Eagan and enjoy spending time together at the movies and hanging out in the sunshine. She also loves diving into a good book.
