In a world where adhering to the status quo often feels like the norm, it’s a rarity to encounter a financial advisor who dares to see differently. As JNBA commemorates its 45th year in operation, we proudly announce that, for the 15th consecutive year, our CEO, Richard S. Brown, has been named to Barron’s list of the Top 1,200 advisors in the United States. Richard and JNBA also were recognized as one of the top two advisors in Minnesota. This recognition not only affirms our commitment to excellence but also highlights our forward-thinking approach to client dedication.
At JNBA, we believe that success stems from challenging conventions and embracing fresh perspectives. Our CEO’s consistent placement on this prestigious list is a testament to our unwavering dedication to thinking beyond the ordinary, to envisioning opportunities that others often overlook.
For four and a half decades, we have remained steadfast in our mission to prioritize our clients’ best interests. We understand that each client’s financial journey is unique, which is why we tailor our strategies to align with their individual needs and aspirations. Our focus on cultivating long-lasting relationships and delivering innovative solutions sets us apart within the industry.
As we reflect on our journey thus far, we are deeply grateful for the trust bestowed upon us by our clients. We are unwavering in our commitment to daring to see differently, to pushing boundaries, and to guiding our clients toward a brighter financial future. We take immense pride in continually redefining the standards of leadership in wealth management.
According to Barron’s, the rankings are based on the quality of the advisors’ practices, assets under management, and revenues generated by advisors for their firms. The rankings can be found in the March 11 issue of Barron’s and on Barrons.com.
*As seen in the 2/22/10, 2/21/11, 2/20/12, 2/18/13, 2/24/14, 2/23/15, 3/7/16, 3/6/17, 3/12/18, 3/11/19, 3/16/20, 3/15/21, 3/14/22, 3/13/23, & 3/11/24 issues of Barron‘s magazine. Barron‘s is a trademark of Dow Jones & Company, Inc. All Rights Reserved. The Top 1200 is a collection of 51 individual rankings, with advisors in each state compared against peers in that state (as opposed to national comparisons). The number of ranking spots (24) for Minnesota corresponds to the state’s relative population and wealth. Each state is given no less than six award slots. Advisors who wish to be ranked fill out a 102-question survey about their practice. Barron’s then verifies that data with the advisors’ firms and with regulatory databases and then applies its rankings formula to the data to generate a ranking. Barron’s listings are based on data compiled by many of the nation’s most productive advisors, which is then submitted to and judged by Barron’s. Please Note: Limitations: Neither rankings nor recognitions by unaffiliated rating services, publications, media, or other organizations, nor the achievement of any professional designation, certification, degree, or license, membership in any professional organization, or any amount of prior experience or success, should be construed by a client or prospective client as a guarantee that the client will experience a certain level of results if the investment professional or the investment professional’s firm is engaged, or continues to be engaged, to provide investment advisory services. A fee was not paid by either the investment professional or the investment professional’s firm to receive the ranking. The ranking is based upon specific criteria and methodology (see ranking criteria/methodology). No ranking or recognition should be construed as an endorsement by any past or current client of the investment professional or the investment professional’s firm. ANY QUESTIONS: JNBA’s Chief Compliance Officer remains available to address any questions regarding rankings and/or recognitions, including the criteria used for any reflected ranking.
