Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal Names JNBA to 2021 Best Places to Work List

Kim Brown, President

All of us at JNBA are thrilled that the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal named our firm to its 2021 Best Places to Work list. JNBA ranked 7th in the Small category; this is the second time we’ve won the award.

The rankings are based on a confidential survey that asked employees at businesses in the Twin Cities’ 24-county metro area to rate their company on a number of topics, from leadership practices to communication. This year’s list features 70 companies, including 20 in our category. According to the Business Journal, JNBA was named to the list “in part because the firm’s owners and leadership recognize the value of listening to team members in what makes a great work environment.”

“Being named a Best Place to Work is especially gratifying this year because it really speaks to how our firm and our team grew even stronger during this difficult time,” says President Kim Brown. “It’s wonderful to receive this recognition that’s based on how our employees feel about working here. Their happiness at and commitment to JNBA positively impacts their ability to provide our clients with exceptional service.”

Here’s the full article, where Director of Client Services Cärin Viertel discusses how we maintained our award-winning workplace culture this past year.

Thank you to our amazing clients for the trust you’ve put in us for the past four decades, and congratulations to our team!
