Serving as the Office Experience Manager, Olivia oversees the day-to-day office happenings, helping create a welcoming environment for clients and guests. From coordinating meeting spaces and guest hospitality to managing office needs and logistics, Olivia’s passion for helping deliver a personalized experience embodies JNBA’s advice driven by advocacy approach. With a genuine interest for connecting with people, and a calm presence, she takes pride in creating positive memorable experiences.

Prior to working at JNBA, Olivia held a similar position at another financial services firm. Other previous roles included responsibilities that spanned operations, marketing, and events. She’s excited to apply the knowledge and skills she’s gained from these past experiences to her role as JNBA’s Office Experience Manager.
Olivia graduated from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities with a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing. She lives in Eden Prairie where she enjoys running, reading thriller novels on her patio, and entertaining guests. Having grown up in Lakeville, her family still lives nearby, and she values spending time with them regularly.
