As a Client Account & Family Office Specialist, Courtney manages a wide range of functions, including bill-pay administration, mail processing, household vendor and utilities management, and more. She also works closely with family office clients’ other service providers to help ensure all aspects of their lives are well managed.

Prior to joining JNBA, Courtney was a client service associate at a Chicago-based CPA and financial advisory firm. She has also held management roles at Target and at a Minnesota bakery.
Courtney has a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Minnesota.
Courtney lives in South Minneapolis with her husband Rob, daughter Ruby, and dog Goucher, who was named after an Olympic long-distance runner from Duluth, Minnesota. In addition to being “obsessed” with Hawaiian culture and the Minnesota North Shore, Courtney is a huge Minnesota sports fan, and her family has held Vikings season tickets since 1997.
