As a Client Service & Compliance Coordinator, Courtney utilizes her project management skills and passion for service to coordinate firm-wide compliance activities as well as provide client relationship management support. She manages a wide range of functions, including compliance reporting, mail processing, bill-pay administration, and more, working closely with family office clients’ other service providers to help ensure all aspects of their lives are well managed.

Prior to joining JNBA, Courtney was a client service associate at a Chicago-based CPA and financial advisory firm. She has also held management roles at Target and at a Minnesota bakery.
Courtney has a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Minnesota.
Courtney lives in South Minneapolis with her husband Rob and daughter Ruby. In addition to being “obsessed” with Hawaiian culture and the Minnesota North Shore, Courtney is a huge Minnesota sports fan, and her family has held Vikings season tickets since 1997.
