As Director of Client Services and a core member of JNBA’s Leadership Team, Cärin’s passion and first priority is to ensure a superior experience for every JNBA client. Cärin leads initiatives to deliver knowledgeable advice and personalized service to each and every client. Cärin works closely with department leaders to integrate their efforts while also helping to oversee operations, human resources, compliance, and strategic planning.

Cärin has more than 25 years of experience in client management and relationship development, as well as more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Before joining JNBA in 2006, Cärin owned a boutique consulting business. Prior to that, she was an account executive for a large marketing communications firm, where she focused on serving financial industry clients. She graduated with honors from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
In 2016, Cärin was recognized as a Top Women in Finance by Finance & Commerce. As an active member of her community, she enjoys sharing her passion for volunteering with her daughter, and both are members of the National Charity League, for which Cärin currently serves on the board.
