When a parent becomes ill or needs assistance, it can be critical to quickly gather important documents, names of key individuals, and other vital information. The JNBA Financial Planning Committee developed a checklist intended to help organize key information for you or your loved ones. This checklist includes areas to list the location of health care directives and living wills, names of individuals who have a copy of house keys, automatic scheduled payments from bank accounts, and much more. We hope this tool is helpful in creating a point of reference for your family.
