This October we are trying something new. Based on current scheduled meeting trends and an effort to give our team flexibility in helping best service clients, which can sometimes happen outside of regular core business hours, we are testing modified hours beginning Monday, October 14.
8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday
8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Fridays
Voicemail will be checked on Fridays 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. for anything needing attention prior to the weekend.
Please keep in mind we are always here for you, regardless of our hours. Providing advice driven by advocacy™ to our clients is our priority, so we will test pilot this plan before officially declaring these as new business hours beginning in 2020.
